SCS is a passion project from founders Tate English and Tom Armitage having both worked in the telecommunications and data industry for over 15 years.
Our aim is to take what we’ve learnt and put our own twist on product delivery, to contribute to our community, provide for family and of course to have some fun along the way.

DIRECTOR
Tate English
Tate has over 18 years of experience in the electrical and communications industry, starting his professional journey as an apprentice at one of Australia's largest electrical companies.
After working as an electrician with a focus on data installations and networks, Tate moved into project management before becoming the head of operations at a large IT company based in Southern NSW.
Tate has a passion for long-distance running and surf lifesaving, having competed nationally as a beach sprinter. He hopes to continue running as long as his knees will let him.
DIRECTOR
Tom Armitage
Tom started working in the telecommunications industry in 2007, initially focusing on corporate contracts and pricing before moving to the builders of the National Broadband Network (NBN Co).
Tom worked at NBN Co for over 10 years, holding positions as Product Manager, National PMO Manager, and the Project Manager for the South Coast NSW rollout. After leaving NBN Tom stayed in the telecommunications industry, moving into the construction and installation of shared networks.
Tom's philosophy on teamwork, cohesion, and leadership has been heavily influenced by many years spent toiling away in the lower grades of various football codes.
Meet the Team
Tibra is already a high performing organisation within our core business of algorithmic capital management, however we recognised areas for improvement in our project management practices. SCS were able to identify simple yet effective ways to significantly improve our project outcomes. SCS were flexible and tactful in their approach, becoming a trusted ally within each project, and because of this were able to influence positive shifts in behaviour.
